About Us
Kavita Khanijow, MD, FACOG
Urogynecology & Pelvic Floor Surgery
Dr. Khanijow is a board certified gynecologist and fellowship trained urogynecologist.
A native to Tampa, Dr. Khanijow received her undergraduate and medical degree from University of Miami. She completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology Residency at Mount Sinai in New York. With a passion for women’s pelvic floor health, Dr. Khanijow completed her fellowship in urogynecology at the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Khanijow’s special interests included robotic surgery, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic floor disorders, and reconstructive pelvic surgery.
Dr. Khanijow is fluent in English, Spanish, and Gujarati. She enjoys spinning, yoga, and spending time with her family.
